Across five closed-end funds (SSRF, Star Bridge, Star III, Star IV and the newly launched Star V) it has raised roughly EUR 398m and completed 28 platform investments plus around 48 add-on acquisitions, pursuing sector consolidation and buy-and-build. It is one of the longest-standing private equity teams in the Italian mid-market, with AUM of about EUR 298m per AIFI.
