It runs growth buy-out strategies taking majority control of Italian lower-mid-market SMEs with EUR 10-60m revenue to accelerate digital transformation, and it has built education and professional-training platforms such as Plena Education and Istituto Volta. Its Article 9 KYIP Impact Mission fund makes minority impact investments in health and wellness businesses. The firm manages roughly EUR 190m across its KYIP Investment Fund and KYIP Impact Mission vehicles.
