FVS SGR
FVS SGR is a territorial private equity manager based in Marghera near Venice and wholly controlled by Veneto Sviluppo, the Veneto regional development agency, after Friulia exited its stake in 2017. Formed in 2014 from the earlier Friulia-sponsored management company, it backs small and medium-sized enterprises across Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige through two closed-end funds, Fondo Sviluppo PMI and Fondo Sviluppo PMI 2, managing roughly 125 million euros.
