Ethica Global Investments (EGI) is the permanent-capital, club-deal private equity vehicle of Milan-based Ethica Group (founded 2010). Started in May 2018 and backed by 40-plus Italian entrepreneurs and professionals with roughly EUR 120 million of committed capital, EGI takes control and significant-minority stakes in Italian SMEs across industrials, consumer, healthcare and business services, favouring buy-and-build aggregations such as the Filidarte quality-yarn pole, the Decorluxe luxury-packaging group and the WeBlade turbine-blade platform. The vehicle is managed by Italglobal Partners (founded by Ruggero Jenna and Francesco Sala) and led at group level by Cosimo Vitola and Fausto Rinallo.
