RedFish LongTerm Capital is an Italian permanent capital industrial holding founded in 2020 by Paolo Pescetto and Andrea Rossotti together with the Bazoli and Gitti families, listed on Euronext Growth Milan since 30 June 2023 under the ticker RFLTC. It acquires qualified minority or majority stakes in Italian family owned SMEs with EBITDA above EUR 2 million, frequently in club deal format where it acts as lead shareholder, and holds them with no predetermined exit clause while providing finance, management control and buy and build M&A support. The portfolio is concentrated on a rail, naval and aerospace project built around Movinter, with further positions in healthcare diagnostics, telecom and utilities, industrial piping and consumer direct selling.
