F&P Equity Partners is a Milan based independent private equity boutique founded in March 2023 by Guglielmo Fiocchi, Maurizio Perroni and Andrea Lovato together with the RTZ professional network, as the evolution of F&P4BIZ which Fiocchi and Perroni had launched in mid 2019. It invests in Italian industrial and service companies with revenues up to 100 million euros, typically taking majority stakes through leveraged buyouts executed via a newco in which the founding family reinvests a 35 to 40 percent minority. Capital is raised deal by deal under a club deal formula, through a newly incorporated vehicle promoted and managed by the firm and capitalised by co investors predominantly from industrial backgrounds, so the firm operates no blind pool fund and discloses no committed capital, fund size or AUM figure anywhere on its site. The official portfolio page shows six investments across the F&P4BIZ and F&P Equity Partners eras, of which two were exited during 2025.
