CDP Venture Capital SGR is Italy's largest venture capital manager, controlled by the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group (CDP Equity) alongside banking partners. Relaunched under the CDP Venture Capital brand in 2020 from the former Invitalia Ventures SGR, it runs roughly EUR 4.9bn across many direct and indirect funds (including Italia Venture, Large Ventures, Digital Transition, Corporate Partners, Technology Transfer, Accelerazione and fund-of-funds). This spec models only its notable direct co-investments with sourced entry years; the fund-of-funds and indirect fund-investing arm is out of scope. Based in Rome with a Milan office.
