IGI Private Equity (Iniziativa Gestione Investimenti SGR S.p.A.) is a Milan-based mid-market buyout SGR founded in 1998 within the Interbanca Group and independent, partner-owned since 2006. It takes majority stakes in small and mid-sized Italian industrial B2B companies, with a focus on automation, export leaders and, since 2024, sustainable-transition themes via its Article 8 IGI Sustainable Transition Fund.
