Aliante Lux
Aliante is a Milan based, family office backed private equity group founded in 2006 by Paolo Righetto and Niccolo Fischer to acquire and grow Italian and Made in Italy small and mid sized family businesses in food and beverage and in design, furniture and industrial products. Aliante Lux is the group Luxembourg arm, created to manage the Aliante Equity Fund SICAV-RAIF launched in 2022 alongside the earlier Italian Aliante Equity vehicles run from Milan. The group has built platforms such as the Morato Pane bakery group and an architectural glass and partitions cluster, and reported total assets under management of about 240 million euro in 2021 including two NAV credit lines.
