Gradiente SGR is a Padova-based private equity manager founded in 2009 by Pietro Busnardo with backing from Italian banking foundations, investing 10-20 million euros per deal in the lower-mid segment of Italian SMEs (10-50 million euros turnover) across all sectors except real estate and finance, through three buyout funds Gradiente I-III.
