BWB Partners is an independent, owner-led Danish private equity firm founded in 2015 through the reorganisation of the former Odin Equity Partners funds, based in Kokkedal north of Copenhagen. It takes majority and significant stakes in small and medium-sized companies with turnover up to DKK 750m in Denmark, southern Sweden and northern Germany, pursuing buyouts, industry consolidation, add-on acquisitions, spin-offs and operational improvement. The firm manages two funds, BWB Partners I and II, with combined commitments of DKK 2.3bn. In June 2022 the entire BWB team joined Benelux lower-mid-market firm Mentha to keep investing in the Nordics while realising the remaining BWB assets.
