ETNA (legal entity ETNA Management ApS, branded ETNA Capital) is a Copenhagen-headquartered private equity firm founded in December 2025 to strengthen European resilience through majority buyouts, plus selective minority and growth investments, in profitable defence, cybersecurity and critical-infrastructure companies across NATO countries; it runs a second office in Munich and was anchored at launch by around EUR 220m from three Danish pension funds.
