Polaris (Polaris Management A/S) is a Copenhagen-based Nordic private equity firm founded in 1998 that takes majority buyout positions in mid-sized companies in Denmark and Sweden, and also runs a flexible-capital arm, a listed public-equity strategy and the Polaris CS sustainability/impact fund.
