Investindustrial is a European mid-market buyout firm founded by the Bonomi family that invests in mid-sized companies across Southern Europe, principally Italy and Spain, in consumer, industrial, healthcare and services sectors. The advisory entity Investindustrial Advisors Limited is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is incorporated in London (Companies House number 01316019), with further offices in Milan, Luxembourg and Madrid. The firm manages around EUR 11 billion of raised fund capital across its flagship fund series.

Investindustrial is a leading European mid-market private equity firm with €11 billion of assets under management as of December 2024, headquartered in London with operational presence in Italy and Switzerland across seven global offices. The firm was founded in 1990 by Andrea C. Bonomi as an evolution of the BI-invest Group, and remains an independent founder-led platform with Bonomi family heritage and B Corp certification.
