Oakley Capital is a pan-European mid-market private equity firm with approximately €15 billion of assets under management across the group as of December 2024, headquartered in London with offices in Munich, Milan and Madrid. The firm was founded in 2002 and operates as a partner-owned PE manager with a listed feeder vehicle Oakley Capital Investments (OCI) on the London Stock Exchange AIM (ticker OCI). The flagship Fund VI closed at €4.5 billion hard cap in 2025, 58% larger than Fund V.

Investment thesis
