Index Ventures is a global venture and growth capital firm founded in Geneva in 1996 by Neil Rimer David Rimer and Giuseppe Zocco with its management headquarters in London since 2002 and additional offices in San Francisco New York Geneva and Jersey. The principal fund management entity is Index Ventures UK LLP registered at Companies House under number OC344205 and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. The firm invests across seed venture and growth stages in technology companies in Europe the United States and Israel and has backed more than 1100 companies producing names such as Adyen Supercell Wise Deliveroo Robinhood Roblox Slack Figma Scale and Wiz. Index has raised over USD 15 billion since inception and manages approximately EUR 11.7 billion across its venture growth and Origin seed fund families with its most recent vehicles Index Ventures XII at USD 800 million and Index Ventures Growth VII at USD 1.5 billion closed in 2024.
