Maj Invest Equity
Maj Invest Equity is the Copenhagen-based private equity arm of the Maj Invest group and one of the largest advisers in the Danish small and mid-cap segment, making majority buyout investments in Danish SMEs across industrials, consumer, healthcare and business services. Established in 2005 with roots in the former LD Equity funds, it invests through the closed-end Maj Invest Equity fund series and targets companies with EBITDA of roughly DKK 30-100m.
