Zefyr Invest is an Esbjerg-based investment company backed by a cooperation of Jutland business families that takes long-term majority stakes in mid-sized niche Danish industrial manufacturers with proprietary physical products, international niche positions and generational or ownership transitions. It deploys permanent family capital on a buy-and-hold basis through numbered single-asset holding companies (Zefyr Invest I to IV A/S), with investments managed by the AIFM-registered manager Zefyr Portefoljepleje P/S. Founded in 2017 and run day-to-day by two managing directors alongside a board of experienced Danish industrial executives, it made its first acquisition (KVM) in 2018 and holds four industrial manufacturers with no exits to date.
