CoreCapital is an Aarhus-based Danish private equity manager, founded in 2021, that takes majority and significant minority stakes in lower-mid-market Nordic suppliers to the green energy transition, targeting companies with DKK 100-500m of revenue across wind, solar, biogas, power-to-x, batteries and power grids. Its debut fund closed above DKK 500m in March 2025 with backing from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and the European Investment Fund.
