Palladio Holding
Palladio Holding (PFH) is an independent Vicenza-based investment holding with permanent capital, founded by Roberto Meneguzzo in 1980 and built out of the private-equity heritage of Palladio Finanziaria. It invests its own balance sheet directly in majority and minority stakes in Italian mid-market industrial, consumer, healthcare and engineering champions, holding them without a fixed exit horizon. In 2026 it launched PH Capital, a new private-equity vehicle targeting up to 400 million euros of investments through majority club deals, with VIA Ingegneria as its debut deal.
