OneRagtime is a Paris-based seed and early-growth venture capital firm founded in February 2017 by Stephanie Hospital, formerly head of Orange Digital Business Unit, and Jean-Marie Messier, the former Vivendi Universal CEO. The firm received AMF management-company approval in 2020 and operates through a hybrid investment platform combining traditional VC funds (Rhapsody I 2017, Fund I 2019, Rhapsody II 2021, Paragon 2023) with club-deal SPVs that allow its community of 300 plus investors and 100 plus entrepreneur-LPs to co-invest deal-by-deal. OneRagtime targets European startups from Seed to Series B with initial tickets of EUR 0.5M to EUR 3M as lead or co-lead investor, focusing on AI-augmented platforms (marketplaces, creator economy, fintechs) and deeptech/AI verticals (cloud, cybersecurity, data). With approximately EUR 150M in regulated AUM and 50 plus portfolio companies, OneRagtime has produced one unicorn (Jellysmack) and nine confirmed exits as of 2025 including Zenly (2017 Snap), Glose (2021 Medium), Plus Simple (2022 KKR LBO), Woonivers (2023 Sipay Plus), Loopsider (2023 Czech Media Invest), Gestoos (2023 PreAct), Aster (2024 DiliTrust), Sonio (2024 Samsung Medison), and Mantra (2025 Cyber Guru).
