Socadif
Socadif Capital Investissement is the wholly-owned private-equity arm of Credit Agricole Ile-de-France, launched in March 1990. The firm operates as an evergreen Societe de Capital Risque (SCR) with around EUR 140 million of permanent capital and has completed around 250 investments since inception across capital developpement, capital transmission, capital innovation (launched 2024) and capital remplacement strategies. Tickets range up to EUR 10 million alone and up to EUR 50 million in syndication with Credit Agricole Group affiliates such as IDIA Capital Investissement, SGCP, Sofipaca, Sofilaro, Nord Capital, UNEXO and Rives Croissance. The firm also runs Socadif Dette Privee (private-debt arm launched 2023).
