Rives Croissance is a wholly-owned private-equity subsidiary of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris that began dedicated investing activity in January 2015. The firm manages approximately EUR 135 million of permanent capital and operates exclusively as a minority partner on capital transmission, buyout and development deals across Paris and Ile-de-France. Ticket size ranges from EUR 0.5 to 8 million for mid-market companies and EUR 0.1 to 1 million for innovative early-stage start-ups. Through delegation it also manages BP Nord Developpement, the venture arm of Banque Populaire du Nord, extending coverage into Hauts-de-France. The team backs entrepreneur-led businesses alongside recurring co-investors such as Bpifrance, BNP Paribas Developpement, Siparex, Raise, IRD Invest and Socadif.
