ELF Capital Group is a Frankfurt-based private credit manager providing flexible, mostly senior-secured financing (typically EUR 10-50m) to established mid-market and Mittelstand companies across the DACH region, Benelux and Scandinavia, for buy-outs, growth, refinancings and add-on acquisitions. Founded in 2020 by Christian Fritsch and Florian Wimpff, it took over the European Lending Fund I direct-lending platform in June 2020 and became majority-owned by listed Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) from 2023 while continuing to operate as a distinct manager. ELF Capital Advisory GmbH advises the closed-end ELF European Lending Fund and ELF Capital Solutions credit funds.
