Armira is a Munich-based investment holding founded in 2008 by Alexander Schemann that invests permanent capital from entrepreneur families and long-term institutions in majority stakes in Mittelstand companies (EUR 20-200m tickets, DACH and Northern Italy) alongside Armira Growth (EUR 10-100m growth capital, Fund I of EUR 200m) and Armira Opportunities minority investments. The platform manages around EUR 5bn; its latest flagship fundraising closed above hard cap in November 2025 with EUR 1bn deployable including co-investments.
