Cadence Growth Capital (CGC) is a Munich-founded DACH growth equity firm backing technology-enabled, high-growth companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with typically more than EUR 10m of revenue, taking influential minority or majority stakes. Founded in 2019 by Leonard Clemens and Sebastian Eiseler, CGC has deployed around EUR 200m since 2020 across roughly eight platform investments on behalf of institutional investors and a network of over 200 high-calibre private investors from the private equity, M&A and founder community. The firm is distinct from UK-based Growth Capital Partners.
