Yaday is a Paris-headquartered venture capital platform that evolved in 2024 from AA Sons, the family office created in 2016 by Romain Afflelou around the Alain Afflelou eyewear family wealth. Co-led by Romain Afflelou (Miami) and Pauline Bovyn (Paris, ex-TotalEnergies Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer), the firm operates as a cross-border investor with offices in Paris (46 rue Notre Dame des Victoires 75002), Miami, Luxembourg and Tel Aviv.
