W&W brandpool GmbH is the corporate venture capital and digital-innovation unit of listed German insurance and building-society group Wuestenrot & Wuerttembergische AG, taking direct minority and majority stakes in digital startups across housing, finance, health, family, education and mobility. Founded in 2015 (registered October 2015, renamed W&W Digital in 2016 and W&W brandpool in 2018), it operates from Kornwestheim near Stuttgart as a strategic balance-sheet investor rather than a fund manager, backing fintech, proptech and digital-health ventures including treefin, Immomio, Keleya, Kinderheldin and familynet. Beyond capital it offers portfolio companies access to the W&W Group's digital marketing, technology, recruitment and legal expertise plus its VC, angel and startup network. It is led by managing directors Felix Batsching and Matthias Albrecht.
