VTC (VTC Industriebeteiligungen / VTC Unternehmer GmbH) is an independent evergreen industrial holding based in Munich, founded in 1992, that invests its partners' own capital in majority and qualified-minority stakes in market-leading, growth-oriented Mittelstand companies across the German-speaking region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Because it deploys captive family capital rather than a time-limited fund, it pursues a long-term, non-exit-oriented ownership horizon, targeting mid-market firms with roughly EUR 3-8 million EBITDA in industrials, business services and healthcare.
