Vertis SGR
Vertis SGR is an independent Italian asset management company founded in 2007 and authorised by the Bank of Italy, with offices in Naples and Milan. Widely credited as the first manager to bring venture capital and private equity to Southern Italy, it has launched nine closed-end funds and raised more than 200 million euros to back startups, scaleups, university spin-offs and innovative SMEs. Its range spans the Vertis Capital and Vertis Capital Parallel private equity funds and the Vertis Venture family, including scaleup, technology-transfer and the regional Digital Sud and Digital Puglia vehicles.
