QUBIS Ltd is the technology-transfer and spin-out investment company of Queen's University Belfast, wholly owned by the University and incorporated in 1984. From its Belfast base it takes direct equity stakes in university spin-outs across life sciences, digital, engineering, environmental and scientific technology, and has helped create more than 100 companies. Not FCA-authorised as an AIFM, it invests as a balance-sheet evergreen holder and reported net assets of GBP 165.1m in its 2024 accounts.
