EMV Capital plc (formerly NetScientific plc) is an AIM-listed London deep-tech and life-sciences venture capital and corporate finance group. It invests directly off its balance sheet, manages the Evergreen EIS Fund and the Martlet Capital fund through the FCA-authorised EMV Capital Partners Limited, and syndicates co-investments. Total AUM was about GBP 104.7m at H1 2025 across over 70 portfolio companies.
