MBB SE
MBB SE is a listed, family-led German industrial holding company headquartered in Berlin, founded in 1995 as Nesemeier and Freimuth GmbH and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2006 (Prime Standard from 2008). It permanently acquires and develops medium-sized German and DACH Mittelstand companies from its own balance sheet as an evergreen holding, without a fixed fund life. Its portfolio spans e-mobility automation (Aumann), energy infrastructure (Friedrich Vorwerk), cybersecurity and cloud IT (DTS), wood-based system solutions (Delignit), tissue products (Hanke), and foam and mattress logistics (CT Formpolster). Several holdings, including Aumann and Friedrich Vorwerk, have been separately listed. MBB is often described as a German industrial compounder and is led by executive chairman Christof Nesemeier and co-founder Gert-Maria Freimuth.
