Munich special-situations and turnaround investor founded in 2017 by Martin Scheiblegger, with a second office in Milan. Accursia Capital is an owner-managed evergreen industrial holding that invests off its own balance sheet with no fixed fund life, targeting European manufacturing, packaging and business-services companies with revenue above EUR 20m and negative to low margins in carve-out, distressed or succession situations. It has completed more than 30 acquisitions, buying repeatedly from Mutares, Aequita, AEQUITA Vandaglas and corporate sellers such as Schaeffler, and has built a DACH specialty-glass buy-and-build platform.
