Adiuva Capital
Adiuva Capital is a Hamburg-based, entrepreneur-backed small and mid-cap private equity investor founded in 2011, independent of institutional interests and investing equity of EUR 10-100m per transaction in profitable German-speaking mid-sized companies via succession, growth and buy-and-build. It has raised over EUR 800m across three funds and invested in more than 20 companies, and currently holds around ten portfolio companies employing over 5,000 people. Notable exits include Advita to DomusVi (2021), goetel to Basalt Infrastructure (2021), HWP to Goldbeck Robens (2023), KONZMANN to KLAR Partners (2025) and the NTA Group to Deutsche Private Equity (2026).
