Bavaria Industries Group AG (formerly Bavaria Industriekapital AG) is a Munich-based evergreen industrial holding founded in 2003 that acquires, restructures and rehabilitates underperforming or non-core industrial and business-services businesses off its own balance sheet, holding them for the long term. Formerly listed on Deutsche Boerse and delisted in July 2024, it has roughly EUR 350 million available for long-term investments and applies its BAVARIA operating system to drive turnarounds in niche industrial and service markets across Germany, France, Belgium and the UK.
