CMP Capital Management-Partners is a Berlin-based private equity manager founded in 2000, one of the first German firms specialised in turnaround and special-situations investments. It backs mid-sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that have a healthy operational core but face a crisis or transformation, combining equity with hands-on operational support. Since inception the funds it advises have acquired and developed more than 20 companies, with combined fund capital of around EUR 440 million across the German Opportunity Fund series.
