B4iFund
Early-stage venture arm of B4i - Bocconi for Innovation, the startup accelerator of Milan's Bocconi University. B4iFund is a Simple Investment Company (SIS), an S.p.A. with fixed capital regulated by Bank of Italy and CONSOB, that invests EUR 80k per startup through a convertible note taking up to 6 percent equity. It backs the accelerator's cohorts; since 2019 B4i has run 240-plus startups through pre-acceleration and acceleration programs. In January 2026 B4i and the fund were consolidated into the Tech Europe Foundation (PoliHub).
