Angelini Ventures
Angelini Ventures is the Rome-based corporate venture capital arm of Angelini Industries, the Italian family-owned pharma and consumer group, established in 2022 with a EUR 300 million commitment to build and back early-stage biotech, life sciences and digital health companies across Europe, North America, Israel and Asia. It invests directly and through vehicles such as the Angelini Lumira Biosciences Fund (a North American partnership with Lumira Ventures) and the biotech venture studios Argobio in Paris and Extend in Milan, and in December 2025 signed a EUR 150 million co-investment agreement with the European Investment Bank to scale European healthcare startups. It is distinct from the group operating company Angelini Pharma.
