White Bridge Investments is a Milan-based private equity firm founded in 2013 that takes majority and significant-minority stakes in lower-mid-market Italian small and medium-sized enterprises across consumer, industrial, healthcare, technology and business-services niches. Rather than raising conventional blind-pool funds, it invests through a series of dedicated holding companies (White Bridge Investments I, II and III) subscribed by institutional investors, family offices and entrepreneurs, whose capital is drawn down gradually deal by deal. The firm supports portfolio companies through organic and buy-and-build growth, operational improvement and internationalisation, and reports aggregate investments representing roughly 2.9 billion euros of enterprise value.
