Ventech is a Paris-based venture capital firm founded in December 1998 by Alain Caffi and Eric Huet, headquartered at 47 avenue de l'Opera 75002 Paris and approved by the AMF as a portfolio management company under code GP98-039 (SIREN 410316699). The firm has raised over EUR 1.1B across six European flagship funds (Ventech I 1998 + II 2000 + III 2007 EUR 150M + IV circa 2013 + V 2017 EUR 155M + VI 2025 EUR 175M) plus a parallel China platform launched in 2006 and an AFI Ventures impact arm. Ventech writes Seed to Series A tickets from EUR 500K to EUR 5M with follow-on capacity through exit. Core themes include AI-native vertical applications, B2B software, climate tech, digital health, industrial software, cybersecurity, sovereign hardware and semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, and media. The platform operates from Paris, Munich, Berlin, Helsinki, Stockholm, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, and has backed more than 320 companies with 185 exits and 19 IPOs across its history.
