The Equity Club
The Equity Club is a Milan-based club-deal investment firm promoted by Mediobanca and led by Roberto Ferraresi and Filippo Penatti that pools Italian entrepreneurial families and family offices to take majority and minority stakes in mid-market Made-in-Italy companies with revenues of EUR 50 to 500 million through dedicated deal-by-deal special-purpose vehicles rather than a traditional blind-pool fund.
