Investment thesis

The pure buy-and-build specialist positioning is anchored by 25-year track record building consolidation platforms in fragmented UK service sectors. Sector focus spans healthcare and pharma services, education and training, business and technology services and financial services and insurance. Geographic deployment is UK-centric with international expansion of portfolio companies.

Recent acquisitions include financial services and wealth management (Equilibrium, 2025) and home healthcare (Apollo Home Healthcare, 2026).
