Investment thesis

Maven deploys capital through approximately 15 vehicles including Maven Income and Growth VCTs (1-6), Finance Durham, MEIF II, NPIF II, SWIF, IFS and Maven Cognition EIS, targeting Private Equity (MBOs, growth capital, buy-and-build), VCTs, EIS, property finance and regional growth funds. Sector focus spans B2B software, cybersecurity, MarTech, recruitment tech, geospatial and data, wealth management and telecoms.
