Hanover Investors is a London-based special-situations and active-equity investment firm founded in 2002 by Matthew Peacock. Through its Hanover Active Equity Fund series it takes concentrated, hands-on control positions, investing more than 25 million pounds of equity per deal in listed and private small- and mid-cap companies across the United Kingdom and Northern Europe, frequently via take-privates.
