Serafin Unternehmensgruppe is a Munich-based family industrial evergreen holding founded in 2010 by Philipp Haindl, Falk Daum and Dino Kitzinger, and backed by the Haindl family whose entrepreneurial tradition dates back over 150 years to paper manufacturing. It invests exclusively with its own permanent balance-sheet capital in established European mid-market companies across manufacturing, consumer and healthcare, taking active majority stakes with a long-term hold horizon. The group of portfolio companies generates over EUR 1 billion in combined revenue and employs more than 5,000 people.
