Sella Direct Ventures is the corporate venture arm of Gruppo Sella, launched in 2025 in Milan to coordinate the Italian banking group's proprietary venture activities across direct startup investments and venture fund commitments; building on more than twenty years of group venture experience, it invests off the balance sheet mainly in early-stage fintech and emerging-technology companies in Europe and selected international markets.
