Private Equity Partners
Private Equity Partners is one of Italy's oldest independent private equity and venture capital firms, founded in 1989 in Milan by Fabio Sattin and Giovanni Campolo and now fully controlled by Fabio Sattin. It backs Italian mid-market companies through majority buyouts, expansion and pre-IPO capital and buy-and-build aggregations, and has completed more than 70 transactions across industrial and service sectors, many of which ended in stock market listings. After raising four closed-end funds through 2007 it shifted to direct investments and club deals, co-sponsored the EPS Equita PEP listed acquisition vehicles from 2017, and in 2026 launched ClubInv, a permanent-capital platform run with Banca Finint.
