PREMIUM Equity Partners is a Frankfurt-based small-cap private equity firm founded in 2011 that acquires majority stakes in DACH-region Mittelstand niche companies and hidden champions with revenues of roughly EUR 10 to 50 million, deploying equity tickets of about EUR 5 to 20 million per deal in succession solutions, spin-offs and growth financings. It invests through its institutional Mittelstand funds, backed by an operating-partner network, and targets software, industrials, healthcare, consumer and business-services businesses.
