Polytechnique Ventures is a Paris-based seed-stage venture capital firm launched in December 2019 by Ecole Polytechnique alumni to back deep-tech and science-driven startups founded within the school's network. The firm manages Fund I (2022, EUR 36 million) and Fund II (first close October 2025 at EUR 21 million, targeting EUR 30 to 40 million) for cumulative commitments of around EUR 57 million. Tickets range from EUR 250 thousand to EUR 1 million at pre-seed and seed and up to EUR 2 million at Series A. It targets French deep-tech and Polytechnique-spin-off startups across software, robotics, biotech, fintech, energy, climate and quantum technologies.
